1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Casting Services ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant AI Casting Services a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraudulent activity, post misleading content, harass other users, or upload content that infringes intellectual property rights. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Transaction fees may apply to certain activities on the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Casting Services provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
